I must walk to and from my home daily during the winter but it’s not often that I slow down and take in the beauty that surrounds us here. To some it sounds like such a challenge, the short commute from my car to my home in the snow, but when I do stop to smell the flowers I realize how lucky I am for those slow, quiet moments in this very fast moving and busy world.
I didn’t really start living until I was 30. The 30’s have been the best part of my life! (I’m hoping the 40s are great, too, since that will be next up in Dec!!!):)

Hoping that your second decade came to a beautiful end, Miss Plume. As for the next and beyond, I know they’ll be more than good to you. With a spirit such as yours, you surely can’t do anything other than surround yourself with admiration, love, and warmth 🙂

Simultaneous nestering.
Here there was a pewter wind and dogs soaked in mud, BUT of course we nearly spent the afternoon together.
