Twisted Root

You know those twisted roots
laying so carefully on the forest floor
spun by conifer…
spun by tongue….
I watch where I step.
 If I find myself tangled,
tripped up in the lies,
I unveil that bright thing in the depth of my chest
and find my way with the Light.
The twisted tongues weave their twisted roots.
There’s a light I wear that pushes truth through.

This little beauty is built of
an original casting and pearl.  It’s thick with texture, gorgeously flowing and organic in form.
There’s a dash of the holy here.
One of a kind.

MLJ: It will be a VERY peaceful weekend! I was supposed to host a croquet picnic on Sunday but then all the firefighters rolled out of town to a fire in Arizona. I'm still going to set up the croquet set and whack a few balls around while I sip rum punch!
    🙂

  3. Beautiful!

Nothing prettier then textured, darkened sterling silver, mixed with a lovely pure white pearl!!

We're thankful for your firefighters. This horrible fire is only 45 miles from my up in the White Mtns and has been uncontrolled until today. I've had RW on my mind all week while this thing blazes out of control due to very high winds. I think today they might be able to get some control. I'm on my way to drop off 10 cases of water at the Red Cross. Keep those prayers and good thoughts coming this way for those people who have already lost their homes and for the brave and wonderful fire fighters who are trying to beat this thing. Hugs to you and have a great weekend;o)

Croquet picnic! With crustless cucumber sandwiches??? Cool.

That ring is a sinuous beauty.

Love your work as always! Your passion can be seen in every piece of art you complete….
Wish I wasn't at work when you seem to always open Etsy with your beautiful rings!

Continue to shine! BTW, what size is the ring?

    Juli: I agree!!! 🙂 xx

Sal: Oh, you saint! Some of our best friends who are firefighters are on that fire right now (Pocatello sent BOTH engine crews and our hotshot crew is in New Mexico right now). That beast sounds totally out of control…my friend Matt told me it's already burned through 4 towns! Sounds awful! I'm praying with you that everyone is kept safe — both civilians and fireboys. And THANK YOU for your donations to RC. xx

    Doro: Watercress…actually. 🙂 xx

Fox: Well. Bless you for saying so:) x

Di: Oh. THANK YOU. So sorry you've been missing my listings! I try to do them at all times of day since I have supporters all OVER the world, in both hemispheres:) This ring fits my left hand ring finger very comfortably…and that finger of mine is a 5.75. I think this ring is a smidge larger than that…
