I know I just did a giveaway and you’re probably give-away-ed to the point of exhaustion but I made this necklace to give away! I’m giving it away to say thank you because without your support (big and small — all of it), I would not have been able to fund the first phase of our Airstream renovations this winter. If I would not have been able to fund those massive renovations, I would not be on the cusp of spending a summer with my husband which isn’t something we have been able to share for four years because of the nature and location of his job.
I want you to know you have contributed to the actualization of the transition we are making in a few days — whether you claimed a piece of art jewelry from my shop or a little pack of postcards. When I give things away, here on my blog, I do it because I want to show my appreciation for you. It’s simple, I love your support. It’s heartfelt. Your support feeds my family and continuously pays the bills around here . Your support is amazing, no matter how big or small, and it impacts our lives in real and incredible ways.

I feel like Ive had the opportunit to know you for longer than other people online, not that it matters mind you, just a lucky happenstance of geography. I love reading your blog, I talk about your adventures with my fiance, we both felt awful when you lost your dogs, (my fiance is a veterinarian, she feels your love for animals). I have your blog as a hotlink in my web browser, and I compare the acreage we just bought with the home you have in Idaho, I mentally reference your descriptions of hikes through the mountains while I walk with our dogs across the fields, over the hills and down to the quick running, cool river. I want to take pictures like you do too, hopefully I can get better at that. Your work and artwork has taught me to be a better, open minded musician. I see creativity as something that doesnt come all at once, creativity doesnt make a good song all at once, it builds individual pieces that with hard work and determiniation can be placed in order to rsemble a nifty tune. I see myself as a better player as a result of your blog, so THANK YOU! I love hearing about your dogs, and all the projects your husband, who I had the pleasure of meeting is up too. today was my birthday and i took the most amazing bike ride through the new, brillant green forests. the tamaracks have the softest like nubs of growth on them and rubbing them through your hands feels like gentle kisses from a furry cat nose. safe travels, i can’t wait to hear about your adventures in winthrop!
